Are you ready to experience the healing power of community?
Join us for Park Sits, our outdoor meditation circle, this Saturday at Beaver Lake. We'll begin with a twenty-minute guided meditation, followed by a group discussion designed to increase our connection with ourselves and each other. If possible, bring a snack to share with the group and remember to have something to sit on if you prefer not to sit on the grass.
We'll gather on the grass near the fountain where there are picnic tables. Beaver Lake
