From Chair Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa, Tanja has adapted the practice of yoga to meet the needs of her community and each student.

Tanja's teachings are grounded in the principles of embodied anti-racism, deploying this body of knowledge as a tool for healing and liberation, both individually and in community. She is committed to challenging body supremacies that are often present in yoga and wellness spaces.
